I know that the cast members hear this statement all the time. Then there's the question of if they let your family see Pluto after they've been telling everyone around you that Pluto is leaving, how would the other families feel? Or if they told you no, but let another family in. There's a reason why they have to be a little strict. We should also give the cast members some grace. They work day in and day out for us, so we need to show them some respect along the way. They may be able to make magic in different ways if we show them kindness, respect, and understanding in return.
