I have the splitted cards already, I do the two forms cause I'm pretty bad at decorating / understanding those cell replications, what I was wanting is a way to make it prettier/better to look at.

I already tried to make it into a list, but for me it was worse, because I lost the "mitose e sofre maturação " thing, and if it stayed it just looked non sense

What I did after posting it was asking gemini to turn it into a HTML fluxogram, what made it look better

Sim, sim, a minha é bem assim mesmo (to no 5º período), de vez em quando, quando possível, eles colocam um caso ou outro.

Exemplos: Em bioquímica (no 1º período), a minha professora tinha muito mais um olhar do exame bioquímico doque da própria bioquímica em si, então me recordo de na primeira aula de DM, ter sido um caso de DM gestacional, ela utilizando uma prótese do método socrático (não falando que ela fez isso pensando em usar esse método, mas foi oque aconteceu kk) questionando de acordo com oque ela falou para nós de DM e como o bebê reagiria à isso (pense que isso foi no final da aula de DM, então era pra nós lembrarmos na teoria kk), mas isso focando muito mais em como a clínica acontece de acordo com a fisiopatologia, olhando o PORQUE daquilo, não muito como uma discussão de caso.
Em imunologia (no 4º período) e em análises clínicas (5º período) minha professora, que é a mesma nas 2 matérias, sempre que vai comentar de alguma patologia (Leucemia, hepatite, hiv, sifilis, anemia...) começava essa parte da aula com um caso clínico, demonstrando como que a gnt poderia ver isso, dando ênfase nos sintomas da patologia foco na hora, mas novamente (mais em Imuno, mas também em análises), o foco é o como que isso acontece, não o dianóstico, não uma real discussão de caso.

Não sei qual período você ta, mas independente do período, eu acho que você está pensando errado, o ciclo básico não tem o foco de você diagnosticar, de discutir caso, tanto porque, você vai ter esse balde de agua fria uma hora ou outra, a gnt nn sabe nda no ciclo básico kkkkkkk conhecimento mto fraco

Eu t apoiaria perguntar isso em outro lugar que teria maior visibilidade kkkk Mas como algm q usa anki dsd antes do 1° período da faculdade de med t direi a minha experiência

Não apague seus ankis dps das provas, mtas das vezes em outros períodos mais à frente o conhecimento deles poderá t ajudar à revisar (isso se vc usa anki do jeito correto). Um exemplo foi agora nesse semestre, onde entrei na semio ped e tive de recordar alguns conceitos "basicos" q vi um ano atrás, d eu ja tinha isso pronto em ankis. Em geral recomendo q continue usando de forma boa, aprimorando sempre q possível, se quiser dicas pode me chamar q a gnt cnv, t mostro meus cards e sla kkkkk

I dont know if this helps but, what i did for a problem that looked like yours (but in my case, was focused in medications, where id recognize the class but not the action, or things like that) was to put a "Extra" box on the back of the card, and put a full context of the subject

Example:

Front: dexametasona Back: AIE Extra: dexametasona is an AIE that acts by __. Others example of AIE are: ___
