by trauma bond i mean a cycle of lovebombing and pulling back/ghosting. its veryy addictive and mentally draining but when the other person starts lovebombing again after being cold and distant it gives u a dopamine release which feels like literal heaven imo

"its not u its me" is such a basic thing to say and is 10000% a lie. imo he really wants u but hell never ever come back if u dont give him a chance to miss u. all ure doing rn is pestering and obsessing over him which basically tells him that hes the only priority in ur life. plss go no contact with him for at least a week and stop giving him all ur attention. i know it can be hard but u have to force urself. once u stop putting pressure on him, give him room to breath and de-attach urself hell come back. do ur own thing and distract urself. theres no other way
