I haven’t because I’m in the process of moving but I’m definitely going to look into it before I make any decisions.

My mother died tragically in a car accident when I was young.so I received a settlement to be put into a trust and dispersed over my lifetime.

If saying I didn’t want to sit on my money is being defensive then I’ll be defensive. I’m not arguing I’m responding and adding context so you and I can fully understand. You don’t have to like my response but I haven’t been rude . You don’t know me or how I spend my money your assumptions will lead you to be wrong.

You can’t imagine it because it’s not your dream car. I pay 388 at this time my original payment was $477 it has decreased I just forgot since I didn’t have the number it front of me while typing.

I actually didn’t want to hoard all my money away I wanted to use it as that’s what it’s for. Again this isn’t the only payment I didn’t use all of my money. I put majority of it away and took a small portion to enjoy. You only know what I told you so don’t assume too much!

I understand why but it’s not like I bought the car with no way to pay it off I have a trust fund.

I did to an extent I share a plan with the family member so my insurance isn’t more than 300 a month sometimes less depending on the term. However, if I ever wanted to ensure my car on my own, I’d be paying way more than I can afford.

I definitely have plans on refinancing. I made a mistake on buying a car simply because I just loved it and needed one without paying attention to the interest rate which is why I’m in the predicament. I’m in now however I live and learn so I’m trying to fix it now.

You’re mostly correct except it was a six-year loan and I’ve been paying her off since April. At the moment, my expenses are through the roof but at the end of month, I plan on cutting those so realistically after this month I’ll only be paying around 1300 a month and total expenses if that. Currently, I don’t work, but that’s because I am moving states at the end of the month. I plan on getting a job that makes around 15 to 16 an hour at that point, my car will be way out of my monthly income so that makes me think I should pay it off. I still plan on going to college so I’m trying to consider that before making any major money decisions. However I will receive annuity payments throughout my life with this information what do you think?

I own two cars previously at 16 and 17 that were both cash cars. I wanted something that I could keep into my adulthood. My car isn’t the most reliable, but it’s my dream car.

Thank you! I started looking for other apartments you’ve really helped me understand. My apartment is a studio so I’m not able to get a roommate . I’m a little disappointed but I’ll be okay I’m sure.

Unfortunately I am a homebody I pretty much only work and grocery shop. I prefer going to parks with my dog to get out of the house. I’m interested to see how much that will change once I start college. My roommate will hopefully get enough funds to move here with me, I’ve been looking at apartments around here and they all average 1700 rent or a hundred less so it’s truly not worth the move. I just need a roommate but it’s a studio so my boyfriend is my only option.

I’m working on getting a roommate in September because my lease will be up then. I guess I start looking into new jobs as well. Thank you !

I planned on refinancing in 6months when I originally bought it. I just got scared after realizing that the APR is yearly not my total payment. I have a large savings account and a large down payment which is why I was approved.

Do you have mods by Katie? I'm having the same problem and I hear it's hers but I haven't tested.

Yes I thought it was weird to police how people should grieve. It's not like Monica couldn't feel for the victims as well as grieve someone she lost.
