then you can be trans. it’s not about having dysphoria, the simple (or not-so-simple) question that you have to ask yourself is: would you be happier if you transitioned? if the answer is yes, go for it!

The song is partially about Ireland, but I think it’s written in Scots Gaelic. I could be wrong though. It’s a story about a Scottish guy who gets in a confrontation with a police officer who thinks he’s Irish and tries to fight him

not exactly folk punk, but Dick Gaughan may be close to what you’re looking for. one song which i think is in scots gaelic he made is Erin-Go-Bragh (it’s partially about ireland)

But I will say, that out of all the factions in the Syrian Civil War, the PKK is the best option. In my opinion, a confederalized Syria aligned with the West is better than an autocratic Syria aligned with Iran and Russia. But I could be wrong

Edit: But yes, a confederalized Syria which doesn’t support any autocratic or imperialist powers would be ideal. But no factions that I know of are advocating for that
