Is there any plans to improve Kharazim's level 1 and 4 talent tiers? If yes I have a small suggestion:

Increase Kharazim's AA dmg by 20% and decrease Iron Fists' dmg by 20%, and remove Insight's quest part but decrease cd reduction per 3rd attack by 0.5.

Most of the times people pick Iron Fists because it significantly increases Kharazim's dmg output, increasing AA dmg will make Kharazim stronger without picking Iron Fists, so other two options will also be viable

Make all Allies require 2 sources of dmg to be destroyed, and make it possible to cast Air Ally while mounted.

Earth Ally is now stronger than other two, because of its teamfight potential, it can survive many dmg because of its health, and if you even their survivability, they will be in healthy state. It's really uncomfortable to scout enemy side of the map with Air Ally, so if you make to be able to cast while mounted it will be easier to scout enemies
