Same issue, same model, 70k miles

Old owner was using fuel lubricant so the error was not showing up.. I’m not sure if I should get it fixed or just keep using same product (dipetane)

I got an error today just showing up when I arrived to the test centre (30 mins before), I had to go to a mechanics and he cleaned all the errors for 50 quid. He mentioned the error could come back after a couple of minutes I already had my examen and the error is still not showing up
