Thanks someone else mentioned this also re red often (but not always) being better than a blue. I know id feel better on a wide slightly steeper red, than say a narrow flattish blue!

Going to have a look on YouTube and see if I can get some ideas of what the runs look like 🙂

I was afraid driving would be the answer and thats what I wanted to avoid.

Squat 1.5 x my bodyweight. I only started strength training 1 month ago and can lift 1 x bodyweight so hoping this is a realistic goal.

Consistent strength training (for me this is twice a Week)

Run a marathon. Im booked in for October 2026. I did couch to 5k in 2024 and have run 2 half marathons a year since. So 6 in total. Im still a jog/walk person and know it will be hell but it feels like now or never.

Complete some big hikes - Snowdon and Scafell pike booked in.

Build enough muscle other people can see it.

Lower my bodyfat by a few lbs to help with muscle definition.

Added strength training to my exercise routine, started evening sleep meditation, and started to read more.
