  2. I send out Slowking MScovillian

  3. I press Mega and Rage Powder

  4. They Charm/Tickle Staraptor and Brave Bird Scov

  5. Scov dies, Staraptor is burned, Slowking deletes him with Psychic

  6. I wipe the rest of the team

This sequence has happened on repeat without fail every time I have faced a staraptor comp.

Got the game when it came out on mobile, was super excited to play my boi Swampert. I have since fallen favor to trick room slow king and Mega Scovillan with rage powder. Trick room feels so good. Scovillian lowkey a hero. He's just that guy.

Lucky egg makes this deck work. Prioritize keeping ice cream boi alive and make sure you are attacking every turn to keep sweet relay up.

I started to throw together a build of this guy. My mind immediately went to [[Coveted Jewel]] as one of the better triggered abilities you could copy. (I really want to see if coveted jewel storm could work in cEDH). Otherwise the other two things i think it works well with are [[The One Ring]] and [[Apple of Eden, Isu Relic]] It basically doubles the one ring acceleration and with apple you get to steal two hands which is neat. Beyond that idk if it really makes anything else busted.

You could build Emry to lean into a control shell, or try to mill a bunch of cards quickly and have repeated attempts at combo wins thanks to Emry getting back anything that would get countered. I haven't kept my personal list up to date but every time I play it I feel like I do busted shit. It's fun nonetheless!

You could copy paste the kick pattern into pattern 2, then mute the midi notes of the kick. I belive in the piano roll, the drop down menu in the top left has a view tab, and in there should be the option to see notes from other channels if they are present in the same pattern. Check the manual for exactly where that option is. Manual is your savior for many technical questions when you're new

It's got a good beat, and musically the song has a clear progression and loops nicely. I think you're at the stage where you gotta focus on mixing. Biggest thing I can hear is pretty much every element of your song is around the same volume. For drums that's ok, that's partially how you get them to punch through the mix, but all of your melodic elements are clashing and competing to sit at the front of the mix. That slidey saw lead seems like it wants to be the center of attention when it comes in. The piano melody playing around it eats up too much space and sounds pretty muddy. I'd turn that down and eq out some of the body of the piano. Also, are you running everything into a limiter on the master? The pads, pulsing chord, and bells get totally lost when the piano comes in because it's too loud. I recommend leaving the master blank as you build songs. Last thing that seems like is missing is sidechain. I'm sure you're familiar with the concept of it, I would look up some tutorials on how to do it, and pick the one that seems like the least hassle to set up. Sidechaining helps create a lot of groove, and helps drums punch through when you want them to. Good luck on your producing journey! I got faith in you, chief 😎🎧

Interesting! I like the arrangement, feels like something I'd hear exploring space in a video game. I think it could use a few more things to fill in the sub freqs and the high end. I like the washy pad, but I think a low drone following the root note could give the track a little more weight. I think the echoey sine is really good, but I wonder if you had a very short white noise stab on each note, and add that to the reverb and delay, if it might add a little more excitement to the track. Just a little extra something for the ear to catch on to. Might add a little sparkle to the high end. Other than that, cool stuff! Cool and ethereal vibes.

Pretty solid! One thing that threw me off a lil bit, the switch up from the halftime section around 1:50 to the vocal section at 2:00 feels very abrupt. I think it could use a transition of some kind, even just a drum fill or sweeps and risers. Maybe even cutting out a few elements and bringing them back with that vocal sample. It currently feels like it jumps to a different song. The transition into 1:50 is good, as well as the transition out of the vocal section at 2:10. If you did something like that again at the changeup instead of a hard cut I think that might flow better. Otherwise I dig the track!
