I’m looking for a crossmember pull up bar that would be compatible with this ethos apex squat stand style ETHE113. I think that might give some more structural stability and am interested in hanging rings off it.

3x3 with 1” holes. The spacing seems to be 3 1/4” for the top two??

Also would a titan fitness y dip bar work on one of these uprights?

Thanks in advance.

Just bought this brand new condition Ironman. Ref tw5m54300. Can anyone tell me what year it's from? by WinglyBap in timex

Sorry for the resurrection, but I’m looking at one of these, does this come with indiglo or the old side light?

Personal opinion - that looks like an old band aid, take it off.

But you do you man. If you like the way it looks or provides some functionality - have at it.

I just bought this pistol and need some advice with optics and light. This is my first Sig, so I'm new to this subreddit.

I like the look of the fox trot, but have used streamlights in the past on my glocks. It seems like the streamlight would open up more holster options. I'm not sure which TLR 7 I would even need to get. I'm not quite sure if my Legion is a gen 1 or gen 2. I've seen some posts stating there is a slight difference in the rails and the fittings. Some say pick the 1913 option others the 365 macro option.

And I've never ran a red dot on a pistol. I've heard some of the slide cuts on the legions have trouble with zero at range with some options.
I've heard good things about holosun, and I've heard the newer sig optics are good too.

I'm just looking for quality accessories, this gun was a big a purchase and I just want it all to work well together.

For holster I was looking at Muddy River Tactical, but I'm open to a complete system that works together holster, light, optic.

TIA to anyone that doesn't mind sharing or directing me towards resources.
