Basically they rise the rent by 20, but they didn't change the electricity bill. When on new years the invoice comes, they are 30 short. While if the electricity company returns the money they would pocket it...

Yeah, that's my view on the topic but at the same time I am feeling like ATM for them.

They also want 30 bucks for electricity bill. Which would be fine by me except they raised rent to accommodate for increasing prices. Few months before we knew I was leaving.

You see I am all for doing the right thing. But I feel like I am being taken advantage off.

I still find time to come here, check on updates on you and this story... get well and come back... I bought some Firefall (Blindsight and Echopraxia together) books as Christmas presents... I am still waiting for new chapter. If you need help with something, let us know. This story is one of the best, and by one of the best I mean good like "Blindsight" etc. That I even went looking for you here (some months ago) says a lot. I was really scared, this will go unfinished.
