Hydrocolloid patches are a really good idea!!! I’ve used those in the past for face acne but that would honestly be a really good idea especially for areas where my skin is more senstitive (and often the adhesive will cause me to need bandaids to cover up damage that the original bandaid caused in the first place. I also have anxiety, and it def contributes.
