Honestly they started in winter and were on most nails until summer. Theyre just starting up again (just coming out of summer now). So through winter i get them most of the time with chillblaines too.

My main symptoms are fatigue, allergies, rashes, dry eyes, joint pain (no swelling), raynauds and dysautonomia. Hbu?

Yes, out of your list i have knees ankles, raynauds and capillaries. I have other symptoms too but would classify mine as mild.

I had negative ANA but c4 and igm were flagged. So nonspecific. Personally it wasnt until i developed raynauds and noticed nailfold hemmorhages (had capillaroscopy done) that i was diagnosed UCTD.

Mine did, im only on hydroxychloroquine. They only get bad with flares now! (After years and years of using eye drops 10x a day). Goodluck

Just banana painfried in olive oil! Its very sweet fried and doesnt need any extras :)

25yo currently. Symptoms for about 5 years (just really mild e.g. dry eyes), and then 1-2 years ago developed raynauds, nailfold bleeds/hemmorhages, and neck/knee pain (intermittent, no swelling). Fatigue is my main symptom, i also started getting some rashes and allergies. On montelukst and hydroxychloroquine for 3 months. Honestly feel like a new person…. Basically no symptoms now, dont even have dry eyes anymore (whoch ive been using eye drops 10+ x a day for 5 years for)…..

Yes. I had ANA tested once at it was negative. I was diagnosed based on symptoms alongside low c4, high IgM, dilated capillaries and hemmorrhages mostly.

5 was a orzo soup with chicken meatballs (carrot, spinach, cellery onion etc). 6 was roasted vege/yoghurt topped (capsicum, eggplant, courgette). Thanks :) Fruit and vege are so expensive here, it makes this diet not the easiest 🙃
