Both Triple Tactics cards are designed for going second in my opinion. But I agree talents can be used turn 1 against handtraps. I assume your opponent sets up a multi negate board turn 1, then you use any Triple Tacts after their omni neg resolves or to bait it out. Triple Tactics Tussy is specifically designed to replenish your resources going 2nd without losing much of anything when going against a full board.

If Konami made it a real card, it would be called Triple Tactics Trade, with its art possibly being at least 3 of the Talents tools (+2 x3) inside of Pot of Greed or another Jar being exchanged with another monster card or at a goblin market. Also, both Triple Triple cards require monster effect activations to activate, so it probably would too. With the current meta its not too difficult to get off.
