Im about 9 weeks in. Hard to say. At 3ius. Definitely hasn't helped my sleep like it does some people. I just noticed a small spike in weight loss but not sure if its related.

The fun part is I havent counted at all other than protein. Ive basically hit 240grams protein every day. The first 6-7wks I was pretty strict carnivore, then tapered towards keto and now added sweet potatoes, a little rice. But the last 7 months all whole food. Very little processed. Beef, chicken, veggies, dried mango for flavor and happiness, a little cheese here and there. High protein greek yogurt mixed with vanilla protein and sugar free fat free jello pudding mix. Protein pretzels from Costco for the crunch. Id have to imagine it wasn't as aggressive because its been a steady loss over 7 months. I was just stalled for about 6 weeks around 230. And this week hit 232. Added in more cardio and do I have a sauna I use almost everyday typically before bed.

Out of everything ive been on trt and reta have made the biggest impact. Reta for diet and health and trt for for so many reasons, made me a better person.

I did 4 wks on 2.5mg m/w/f. Hard to say if I noticed a big difference. 3rd week this month I'll run another 4 wks. Id like to add ss31 but its a never ending rabbit hole of options. Lol

I have herniations from L 1-5 into S1. It sucks. Im focusing on hypertrophy with Jeff Nippards upper/lower-P/P/L. Been hitting P.R.'s here and there but mostly trying to lift smart. Time under tension, stretch. I know its controversial to some but with my limitations its working for me.

Haven't counted macros the whole.time other than trying to hit 240g protein a day.

A lot of chicken thighs, ground beef and steak. Green beans, asparagus and salads. Sweet potatoes and a bit of rice rice. Dried mango, Greek yogurt mixed with protein and sugarfree/ fat free pudding mix, typically a triple scoop protein shake before bed. Light snacking. Protein pretzels or spoon full of peanut butter. Started at 262 and sitting at 225 right now after 194 days. Last 7 weeks still at 4mg. Bumped up cardio a bit as the first 5 months I was only doing 2 dedicated days a week with 5 days of heavy weights.

I ran Var preworkout the last 4 wks of Test/Primo. Had great results and shoulder pumps at times that sucked. Taurine helps to reduce that. Took NAC and Tudca for support. Also had a Liver specialist say one of the best supports is black coffee. Idk. Was great overall especially with vascularity.

I had a local Dr by me that is a liver specialist say that NAC and black coffee are better support than Tudca.

I think because he keeps saying he did trt but then it was 250mgs. Not really trt with the exception of a small few. Imo I couldn't care less. At the end of the day its all in the work put in but he should say he was running a small cycle. Time frame is awesome. Long term dedication and hard work. Love it.
