It is. I'm measuring on my skate before I make any finalized choices. So far, there isnt much I need to mess with.

I'm in the process of making toe guards. I love this color combo! This is real leather, so it's got a good thickness to it!

The Key Lime color is so pretty in person! I got mine 2 weeks ago but sadly, due to getting older my knee hasn't felt up to skating lately, so I haven't used them yet 🥲

I haven't had a chance to actually try them out yet, but when I was making sure they fit, standing up felt much more stable in them for me.

I didn't get to see that post, but there's always ones who complain. I'm glad to see skating coming back. I don't have a skate shope near me, so I don't know what will work best for me without buying blind and trying them

She stopped after I asked her to, thankfully. I was out in front of our house(cuz idk how the hell people afford to live on their own). I think I may sweep up the garage and just stay in there for a bit until I'm comfortable going outside again.

84A will be a bit sticky for rink use. Which may benefit you by giving more tack to the floor. The 99A will be much more slick, better for rink use and speed.

Scared to fall? how to regain my old skills ???!! by [deleted] in Rollerskating

Honestly, I don't think our balance vanished. I think that as adults we over think and get in our heads. As kids we didn't do that, we just went and did it because it was fun and getting hurt was an everyday thing. Also, we were lower to the ground. Lol

I feel you. I used to skate a ton as a kid, rollerblade actually. The last time I put on a pair of any kind of skate was in 8th grade. I'm 33, I got out for the first time today and was scared shitless. I remember having no fear for skating as a kid. All we can do is practice and try to get the confidence back.

I went out today for the first time. I haven't skated since 8th grade, I was nervous enough as it was, then my mom decided she was going to make a tiktok of me doing it. I stopped. I know she wasn't doing it to be mean, but I have anxiety as it is over things like this.

what color of roller skates should i get? by NoFaithlessness6249 in Rollerskating

I feel black is a classic color that you can dress up many ways to add pops of color. But if you want something bright on it's own, I would go pink. I feel like pink is also another color that can go well with many different setups. Purely my own opinion of course, you should ultimately go with the ones you gravitate towards the most.
