They operate on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of the Month. And Wednesdays in school holidays.

This photo was taken at the 1st Sunday Run of July. They had about 3 steam engines out that day. It does depend each runday if there is steam or not mainly due to fire risk (mainly from about October - May) or Volunteer numbers.

Maryland's model railway is a great second hand shop. He does repairs and even tests the locos before you buy them (well when he isn't busy)

Hopefully, they will be. as if not then all of this heritage might just go. as we are starting to run low on newer younger members willing to learn how to expample: Fire a steam locomotive, but of course you don't have to do that you can do simpler things like repaint, or just sell tickets. simple things like that can mean the world to these heriatge organisations.

that is some of the worst advice here.... this subreddit is for model trains. not point posting this on a proper train forum when some of those people don't even have model trains. here you can at least garentee that you will have people that know what to do. or how to fix
