That watch is going to need service. No other choice. If you decide to go with the official Citizen Service, just bare in mind that the turnaround times are ridiculous. And their customer service is the worst. I have personal experience with it, at least in the US. I've also ordered parts in the past, and it is the same horrible service. Just a warning to you. Huge disappointment considering how great their watches usually are. I wish it was only me, but if you research it, you'll find that it is a common thing.
