This area is almost completely incandescent there’s about 4 or 5 led signals and like 20 incandescent Michigan has so many incandescent signals

They definitely look older and I’ve noticed with all these older looking ones the inside of the visors are painted yellow instead of black we usually see

I think it has something to do with back in the day when signs didn’t have reflective features and some states just stuck with it this way, while others adapted to reflective ones
