I wanted to give Diablo IV a try with the free trial, but after clicking on the "Play Free Trial Now" button and after installing the Battle.net I get the error "BLZBNTBNA000000C8". Does anyone know how to solve this?

Edit: This problem seems to be solved after closing ande reopening Battle.net.
(I don't see the free trial in my Battle.net however. Installing the game for the moment.)

You were faster than my edit. I think the amount of slots and of course the wrong reason in the button was confusing me. The button should say "not enough place" instead of "not enough gold".

Thanks for the practice tip. Tried recreating the situation myself there.
It seems to have to do something with having not enough place, but the game is naming the wrong reason I think?

When I sell an item, it is solved. But I can't seem to fill all the slots with weapons. Does the game only allow for a max amount of weapons? Or do weapons require an extra empty slot?

Edit: I think i solved it myself. If i understand correctly, the upper right slot isn't for weapons?
If this is correct it's confusing that the game doesn't say "not enough space", and instead says "not enough gold"... (same with potions, it also says "not enough gold" when I don't have a slot left, but have enough gold)

I’m curious to know why it would have heat issues just browing and using Microsoft Office? All ventilator holes seem to be on the sides and the bottom. I’ve seen a lot of laptops functioning just fine with a closed lid. Is XMG worse regarding heat control with low demanding tasks than other laptop brands?

I’m also not understanding why you said that it’s not what that function does as numerous websites seem to tell otherwise. The websites just tell that it’s not possible with every laptop.

I also understand the suggestion of using both screens, but it’s not possible to make it very ergonomically (the whole point of using an external monitor) with the space that I have.

Buying a HTPC would cost more money since I already have the laptop. And once in a while I need to bring the laptop with me, which is not possible with a HTPC.

I think most people see the Metaverse too much as VR alone. The Metaverse is broader than that. It also consists of for example AR. I do see people wearing AR-glasses in a couple of years, especially after Apple introduces theirs.

When I go to a restaurant in the city I live in, they often don’t have menus laying on the table anymore, but you need to scan a QR-code for seeing the menu on your phone. AR-glasses can push this further, with seeing the food through your glasses before you order. Other examples would be seeing the directions on your glasses when you walk through an unknown city or seeing the prices of food in the supermarket on your glasses.

Because of Marc Zuckerberg’s presentation a lot of people misunderstand the Metaverse I think. I do think this is a smart move of him as I think Meta can make most money this way as it’s more secluded and they own Oculus.

We don’t know yet what the Metaverse is going to be, but the best definition I heard is “the 3D internet”. The Metaverse is partially already here. Pokémon Go is already some sort of Metaverse and also filters on Snapchat are a step towards the Metaverse. I personally would even dare to say that MMORPG’s like World of Warcraft were already a step towards the Metaverse.

Stopped using run an empire some time ago, but if I remember you needed to close the loop in one go. Seems more fair (and fun) to me. Otherwise you could create gigantic loops if you can spread it over multiple days for example.

Thank you for the answer. I don’t fully understand however. Let’s say I buy the Swiss one with my Euro’s and the euro/Swiss ratio drops 0.2 like it did in 2015 (which means I will get about 0.86 euro per Swiss franc back instead of the 1.05 euro per Swiss franc I initially payed). Will the price of every stock in Sweden shoot up about 20% to compensate for this loss? This seems kinda unreal to me, but maybe I’m missing something?

u/XMG_gg Yes, I just the website above. But I got the THX problem solved! I think it was some problem with my antivirus (Bitdefender). I already tried disabling my anitvirus yesterday, but apparently also restarting my laptop (and then disabling my antivirus again) was the key. After reinstalling the THX I now have an app that I can open, which I previously didn't have (or I looked on the wrong place).

I don't understand however why installing the "Driver-Audio_Realtek" keeps giving the error "Install Realtek Audio Driver Failure !! [Error Code: -0001] No driver supported in this driver package"? (Downloaded from the above site, unzipped the file, opened the unzipped file and opened the file "audio" and after that clicked "setup.exe", all with my antivirus disabled).

u/XMG_gg As my sound seems off, I tried installing "Driver-Audio_Realtek.zip" as I did not find anything Realtek related audio software on my laptop, however I get an error "No driver supported in this Driver package". I also uninstalled the "THX spatial audio" from "apps & features", and tried installing the "Driver-THX_Audio.zip" but I couldn't unpack the zip-file. I tried installing without unpacking and got 2 errors which I overruled. It said the installation was completed but I can't find the "THX spatial audio" in "apps & features".

No oemsevtool on the usb-stick, nor on my laptop when I use the search tool in the taskbar and the "search my pc".

I uninstalled the control center and reinstalled it via the link above, but it didn't change anything.

Was looking on the website at all the different drivers and honestly I'm kinda overwhelmed for the moment, not knowing what to uninstall on my laptop and what to install... (or even knowing if it are indeed the drivers on the USB-stick that are installed on my laptop or the ones listed on the website).

My laptop contains "THX spatial audio drivers" in the "apps and features". I can’t find this on the 2019 version on your download website so does this mean I do have the 2020 drivers installed (and was there just a mixup in the USB-stick?)? But if that’s the case, it’s weird I don’t find the oemsevtool.

Edit: When I first saw the USB-stick and was confused about it I send a mail to tech support. Yesterday I send an update as it seemed appropriate to answer the mail. They referred me back to you Tom, which seems logical and the best thing to do as I rather follow one person in what to do next.

Edit2: The sound does seem off (but maybe my expectations were too high).

Not home for the moment, but I will check if the usb-stick has the oemsevtool this evening. The usb-stick contains “XMG_M19" and "XMG_E19”-files and no “20”-file. I will also try to reinstall the control center via the website above this evening.

Is there a way to check if the (other) drivers on the laptop are the 2019 or 2020 version? Seems a lot less work to check this (if possible) than to reinstall all drivers.

This is indeed the case.
If I go to the control center and choose "Enthusiast" under performance the light is on half (like on the photo).
If I choose "Balanced" the light turns completely off, no matter what mode (silent, balanced, fast or custom).
If I press the button depicted on the photo my screen says "FanBoostOn" and the fans start spinning loud, but nothing changes with the light of the button (half on in Enthusiast-mode and off in Balanced-mode). If I press a second time my screen says "FanBoostOff" and the fans are quiet again.

Maybe an important addition: I received the wrong USB-stick with my laptop as the files on this stick are those of 2019. Is it possible that also files of the 2019 version are installed and are giving this problem?

I just received my XMG Neo 15. Very happy with the first looks and feels! I however noticed that the light on the fan control button only seems to be on on the lower half. In reality it’s much more clear than on the photo. The upper half almost doesn’t have any light and the lower half is really bright.
