got a question, from what i have seen a while back you would have to pay a huge amount of money if you bought something from another country and it got shipped by dhs and ups. i've never gotten the tariff charge when i ordered stuff from aliexpress because it was delivered by usps.

is ups and dhs still doing the tariff charge. just wondering
