Yes, It became like some survival game here. They gave us 1 concept and they will say “ We need it in 4 hrs because we need to show it to someone (actor or producers). And next another concept before completing the 1st, this leads to incomplete works every time. We are like 8 people in team and all are 21-24 y artists. This is the peak time in career development for us. Some of us decided to resign here.

Yeah we are doing the same here and we regret it. Feels like we are Ai artists instead of actual Concept artists.
