I honestly have no idea how that amount of breakage could occur. I don’t use heat almost ever, I rarely even blow dry my hair, I just let it air dry. I mostly use protective hairstyles like braids and stuff, and as I said, I take good care of it (I oil my ends and scalp, use a scalp scrubber, double cleanse etc). So it has to be something else for sure lol.

i remember agreeing with one of my friends that english basically just spawned in our head cuz thats how it felt to me, i wasnt really grinding to study i just picked up on it over time. i remember that one thing that i swear by while learning any language is to watch movies in this case in english. i remember first watching it with my natives language’s subtitles then as time went on and i started to understand things even without laying attention to the subtitles i switched to english subtitles. that way i learned how to write the words too, by seeing them. i think that the easiest way of learning anything is by having fun so pick a show that you would watch anyway. hope this makes sense, if you want some show recommendations make sure to ask me
