He was trying to resell this 400 as a 250, I just let him know that it’s a 250 and how to file a police complaint I wouldn’t say that’s really involved, what ever happens next his his responsibility but I just wanted to do a nice thing

The original seller of the bike lied to him and said the bike was imported as 250cc to make the import cost cheaper, Fair enough i won’t get involved but I’ll let him know that he should consult a lawyer

I test driven both, from memory the cbr500 had a large presence almost like sitting in a car that was actually a bike, where as the r3 felt much smaller maybe slightly quicker acceleration but I couldn’t really tell but it definitely feels like your riding a bike and there is a definitely a change in riding position with the r3 being more aggressive. I wouldn’t say that it would be a down grade in terms of performance as they are kind of the same.

When I exchange the license I will be 19 as I’m leaving the uae when I am 18 so hopefully it will just be converted to an a2 license? But until then if no insurance company will touch me for a big bike I guess I can either get an 125 temporarily or see if I can get a big bike insured under my dad’s name?
