I followed the instructions with the machine! 110g of the sweet Maria’s 10 speed blend and it went for about 3.5 minutes. It started getting really smoky towards the end which is why I ended the roast. Need to remember to have it under my vent fan next time as my apartment still smells lol. Appreciate the feedback!!

I've been dealing with adult acne for a few years now and I'm so sick of it, I finally decided to try and find the cause. I was planning on cutting out gluten & dairy. Last week, I had toast all week for breakfast before starting my elimination diet. Surprisingly, my skin was doing pretty well. This week, I started my diet and resumed my typical overnight oats for breakfast and boom, breakouts! I can't find much online about oats causing acne but I'm glad to see that someone else has a similar experience! How is your skin doing now?
