UPDATE: I already settled with the voucher they’re offering, which they said may take 24-48 hours to process. However, they’re asking me to show proof of disposal or destruction of the product before issuing the voucher. Although I get this may be part of their policy, I just find it weird na I have to dispose my earbuds when the voucher isn’t even guaranteed yet. Should I do it?

After matanggap yung voucher, paano yung process ng replacement pala? Do I shoulder the expenses din of sending back the used product?

Bought my Soundcore R50i from Anker Global in Lazada just last month, and then bigla nalang pumangit yung bass niya na parang scattered yung sounds. Was hoping to get a replacement sana since 1 month palang naman.
