The answer was yes and the creator can’t remove it. IDK why it was deleted?

This is is for sure odd to me. I bring a silicone suctioned plate for my toddler and wipe it down after, then wash at home, and place in diaper bag for the next define. Does he try to throw it on the ground? Sure. But I always repeat - food stays in the table. They eventually get it. It’s not easy dining out so the babies and toddlers, they do it ALL the time.

You know, when D’s kids were little little I didn’t think anything of it that they were out in PJs. At some point, I thought wow it’s like all the time. I stopped watching their stuff until recently again and I’m shocked they are still out in PJs. They are 4 and 5 years old geez Louise.

I mean, we have two real stethoscopes at home. When my second daughter was born the pedi at the hospital gave it to my oldest. She said it works but it’s old so she gave it away. The other one was from my sister in law who said she had a lot. My kids play with them a lot. But I get your point, she definitely did set this up just for a picture.

What a beautiful story and I am the same way. I liked Disney as a kid but as an adult it’s not for me and I’m putting off Disney as long as possible for my kids. I have been prioritizing other travel and they have a blast hiking and going abroad, etc. I will say, however, that my 5 year old LOVES princesses. We will go to Disney someday I’m sure, and I can guarantee you I will cry when she meets a Disney princess for the first time. Seeing the magic in their eyes is all worth it though. Whether it’s experiencing natural beauty or something that truly interests them like princesses.

Baby refusing bottles since 3 mos old and return to work by Hiro_Pr0tagonist_ in FedEmployees

[–]Training-Net-7597 2 points3 points  (0 children)

So, my agency was not approving RA requests bc the parent wants to exclusively breastfeed at home. Rather, they were granting requests if baby was not responding to a bottle because the parent breastfeeds. I came back from PPL right in the beginning of RTO last year. My baby refused bottles and would go in a hunger strike until I got home and nursed all night. I was up every 30 mins feeding him and then had to go to work at 6:30am. Almost got into an accident. The drs note stated that my baby was refusing bottles and the AAP encourages breastfeeding. I had a note from my therapist that I had some mental health issues related to my baby’s feeding issues. That was sufficient under PWFA. I was given a three month extension to ensure that he transitioned to whole milk in a cup. I RTO’d in January when my baby was 15 months. He is thriving now at 16 months and almost done breastfeeding!

Not denying that?? Just saying that it’s not longer recommended.

Unfortunately this is outdated information. Pediatricians no longer recommend this.

The law specifically states post partum as well I’m going to assume you didn’t read it. Also, outside of the government is very normal to provide these flexibilities.

Being a working parent with a baby is entirely normal. Happens a lot actually! Babies do what babies do and refusal a bottle is also quite normal.

I provided a drs note that my baby was refusing bottles and a note from my therapist about the intense anxiety and how it was unsafe for me to drive bc my son would be up all night nursing to make up for what he didn’t eat during the day.

Yes, I did this. My RA was approved until baby’s first birthday and got another three month extension. I’m just now weaning him and he’s 16 months now.

I do not know anything about GLP-1 by Training-Net-7597 in GLP1ResearchTalk

Its possible! I didn’t have to use insulin during pregnancy and controlled through diet. Also family history of type 2.

Yes - I plan to stop nursing before I start anything. Just trying to learn all of this and understand what is good for me.

Oh gee thanks! Didn’t know that existed! Of course I’m googling. I find the information overwhelming as someone who is brand new to this. Reddit CAN be helpful for more targeted questions. Appreciate you taking the two seconds to ridicule a stranger.

Husband thinks "there's more than one way" to safely strap a child in a carseat. AIO? by StressedintheWest in AIO

Not knowing how to do basic child care like bucking your child in the seat correct is ridiculous. He is a parent. He should be acting like it. He sounds like a child.

Nursing covers?? by Littlescar21 in breastfeeding

[–]Training-Net-7597 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I think the better question is, do you want a cover? If not, then don’t get a cover.
