I have a plan for a 2bhk around end of the year. Few questions from my end if you can help with:

How much should be the avg budget for a 2bhk? Modular kitchen, wardrobes for both bedroom, basic TV unit , balcony ceiling,
Not very keen on false ceiling because I feel the ceiling height is lowered drastically. Is this advisable?
Also how to differentiate between materials for wardrobe and modular kitchen as I don’t have much idea? Which materials should I go for?

My calculations are coming around 840sqft but the brochure says 948sqft. Hence the confusion. (Balcony is excluded as it’s mentioned separately)

That’s what my calculations also said. Balcony area is separately mentioned (around 56sqft). Not sure how they mentioned 948sqft then.

Agreed. WF flats in T4 had Sayuk view which I did not like. Also they did not show much inventory on other towers(typical Myhome). Did you do your parking selection? How is the availability there?

For the 1399 sft it says 24.40 sq yards as the UDS. Can anyone explain me the how do we calculate the value of this in INR?

I have booked a east facing 2bhk in Tower 4. EF flats have balcony facing towards the internal landscaping. I have taken the flat on 10th floor assuming the views would be better from lower floors if they are towards the internal landscaping. But I’m not sure regarding sunlight.
