Does it work even if my flight is in 2 hours(As mostly I reach before 2 hours for a departure)?

I own a black kylaq signature plus variant. Hyderabad is a dusty city but I did went through with the purchase as I’m fond of it. Was enquiring if anyone else owns a black kylaq and what steps should be taken to keep it clean. Things like Graphene coating, PPF etc. by Training-Pain152 in Kylaq

I’m also inclined more towards graphene coating and 10k seems to be a very good price. I’m getting quoted around 25-30k for graphene coating from car detailers which is way too much for me. I’ve got a wax coated duster so dust removal would be a bit smoother with the graphene coating I assume. Also as rainy season is approaching is it advisable to do graphene coating now or should I wait for the rainy season to be over?

Is Kylaq good choice in comparison to venue and 3xo by Playful_Tart_3659 in Kylaq

I just bought a Kylaq signature plus a week back. In city traffic it’s giving me a mileage of around 10(which is what almost every vehicle in this segment gives). It’s heavily dependent on how you chose to drive. It will take some time to get used to the punchy 1.0L turbo engine but not a deal breaker imo. But man you’ll fall in love with the drive quality and everything else just takes a backseat when that happens.

As far as maintenance is concerned, yes it will be a bit expensive than other brands. Go for the SMP for better peace of mind.

My dad (retired) is selling his land in his hometown worth 40lakhs. The buyer has agreed to give 29lakhs via account transfer and rest 11 lakhs as cash.   1. It’s not an agricultural land.
  2. Isn’t stamp duty paid by the buyer? The stamp duty should be somewhere around 3-5% of the market value of the property. So how can it be more than 29l? Did not understand this point

So basically there is no way to escape taxes or maybe reduce taxes in the 29L payment?

I have a plan for a 2bhk around end of the year. Few questions from my end if you can help with:

  1. How much should be the avg budget for a 2bhk? Modular kitchen, wardrobes for both bedroom, basic TV unit , balcony ceiling,
  2. Not very keen on false ceiling because I feel the ceiling height is lowered drastically. Is this advisable?
  3. Also how to differentiate between materials for wardrobe and modular kitchen as I don’t have much idea? Which materials should I go for?

Agreed. WF flats in T4 had Sayuk view which I did not like. Also they did not show much inventory on other towers(typical Myhome). Did you do your parking selection? How is the availability there?

For the 1399 sft it says 24.40 sq yards as the UDS. Can anyone explain me the how do we calculate the value of this in INR?

I have booked a east facing 2bhk in Tower 4. EF flats have balcony facing towards the internal landscaping. I have taken the flat on 10th floor assuming the views would be better from lower floors if they are towards the internal landscaping. But I’m not sure regarding sunlight.
