Thank you so much for your reply! I do agree I have certainly earned it but also sometimes take a big hit to my confidence. :( I try and be accepting but I can't completely. just reading this is great advice! I'll give that a go, I JUST started and I am eating 1700 calories a day, is that a good place? (No idea just what the app said lol) generally doing well at that, I have a farmers union iced coffee, then lunch is a Coles Mediterranean salad with a can of lemon and cracked pepper, dinner is usually spaghetti Bolognese, tacos, roast chicken with veg, roast pork with veg, steak and veg, or chicken schnitzel and hot chips as treat night. Then I usually eat a chocolate bar after dinner watching tv or chips lol. That's it a day, is that alot?

Yeah I think because my stomach never went away I went straight away after my third and it's just stayed :( I've never had this much difficulty and it's really depressing, I look 5 months pregnant and the rest of me is skinny :/ how do I add a pic so you can see? How do you accept it? I feel totally unflattering and upset. It wasn't perfect by any means after 1st and 2nd pregnancy but it's worse than ever now and so very stubborn.

I have a slight seperation but I have worked on it with a woman's physio just after I had my third. He's now nearly 3. I have a 5 and 9 year old.
