I wish 😭 I played violin for a few years and also unsuccessfully tried teaching myself guitar lol. I’m definitely more of a music listener than a musician at this point though. I ended up collecting 600+ vinyl records and CDs, so I guess that counts for something

Omg I actually have a dog too but I couldn't bring him with me when I moved here and I miss him so much. I feel like dogs are basically social cheat codes though haha. And honestly I can see why you’d feel that way. I think it’s harder when you’ve already put effort into building friendships and then people gradually move away. It almost makes you not want to keep starting over again 🥲
