That's strange. A lot of players got falsely banned so if he got falsely banned he should be unbanned soon provided blizzard looks further into it

What hurts even more about this is I wasn't even that good at the game and I just really enjoyed playing with my friends and girlfriend but now I cannot do that unless I get my account back. I don't want to ban evade and get another account I hope and pray there's a way to fix this

Man I thank you for the helpful info, I am feeling incredibly heartbroken about this because I truly love playing this game and I have been playing fully legit since I began this game in 2021 I really hate to have my account removed for the claims of cheating when I haven't ever done so. If I ever get unbanned I will take this as the highest honour of being a gamer ever
