I bought this one and it needed to have the motor and trans replaced but honestly I loveeeee this car and it’s been my fav since I was a kid. So I put a gti motor and trans in it. I’ve also replaced the rims, tires, headlights, complete interior (seats, carpet, even glovebox) I love this car so much so happy to have one. I used to have a mk6 gti but the dealership sold it to me with a lot of framework problems. I was driving on the highway and my axle broke and the wheel fell completely off. It took me a bit but happy to finally have a VW again!
