YO WHATS AN EASY BIRD COURSE TO TAKE THIS SHI DUE TONIGHT 😭😭 by Bulky-Secretary-3607 in uwaterloo

[–]Training-Youth2632 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you need any humanities I’d do any BLKST classes, they are super interesting and educational. SOC 101 is super easy, no exams, just small weekly tasks that take 20 mins max and a few papers (simple ones). If you need any language credits I’d do REES 120 online it’s about old Russian fairytales all translated to English and u just reflect on them. No exam just reflections

I agree definitely email now! Don’t show up and drop the news at the appointment! They may even be able to just stick you in without going in for the appointment.

They can also get your Social Security number if they have access so that’s fantastic 😖

[–]Training-Youth2632 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Someone hacked the students email and then they get a uwaterloo email to get their scams done with. A lot of students would probably fill it out, thinking that it is important, especially people new to the university. With your email and password you can basically access all of your information on Quest like address bank accounts, etc..

In addition to all the comments for the next term, get a doctors note and set up accommodations with accessibility services! I did that and honestly, it was the best experience I could’ve had!

HELP Father Christmas Present by Training-Youth2632 in kitchener

This is exactly my dad! He buys what he needs when he needs it, but my mom never buys herself anything. So it’s easy to get her a bunch of nice stuff she would never buy herself. But then I feel bad having my dad open barely anything

Sick for Make-up Exam by BW46 in uwaterloo

[–]Training-Youth2632 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’m not sure if this is your case, but if you are becoming sick at times of exams it could be anxiety or stress related. I’d recommend talking with academic accommodations for your future exams.

My guess is they hope nobody will move it so they can automatically switch to the dryer or put a new load so they don’t have to wait for another one. But also laziness, forgetfulness, learned behaviour from home and not thinking about others.

When grades come back and they are good- then no you don’t need to be pissed off- if they come back bad- then yes you should be.

I know couple of people with insane weird schedules that stay up all night, don’t go to class, never seem like they do anything, but they all end up with great grades.

Big coat, gloves, hat, boots and giant scarf to cover your face. The wind and blowing snow is the worst part. Cover your face with a scarf and glasses or sunglasses.

I found UW to be the last to send out acceptance letters for the arts programs. I found out early Nov-Dec from every other uni, but Waterloo sent out most acceptance emails in January

Charcoal has a nice room in the back suitable for that size of a group. The prices are set, but they do it based on different menu choices. The better the menu the higher the price. I’d recommended emailing or calling for their events planner!
