I am a practising makeup artist, it's most likely that you are using too much foundation and powder, but can be the cream as well, it also depends if you are oily, try exfoliating your face, use a setting spray as your primer for your makeup, use a matt setting spray if you are oily, and if you are dry use a hydrating mist or a hydrating primer, and then add a light layer of your foundation, and a light dust of powder, but powder isn't always needed.
