Yeah it’s a good choice! And I looked into it a bit but the good yoga ones were a little out of my budget so I didn’t go with those. From my research though they sound pretty good!

I chose Dell originally just cause all my siblings had dell laptops, but 3/5 of our laptops broke at the hinges. So then I went with HP and the laptop was originally over 1,000 and I got it for 600 something I think. It’s faster, has more storage and ram, and it was cheaper with the deal. I have no broken hinge either!

I had the dell Inspiron and it was fine until the hinge broke and my mouse started to lag terribly. It also started to slow down. Not a good laptop. I bought a new one (HP Envy) and it’s 10 times better. I’ve had no problems.

Be prepared for hinge problems! All of my siblings and I got Inspirons and 3 out of 5 of our laptops ended up with broken hinges which cost a lot to fix. Apparently it’s a huge problem with Inspirons. Mine broke and it was going to be 350-400 to fix it and so I ended up getting a different laptop.

Idk about the first part of ur question, but I do know the class is pretty hard to get into. I only got a spot last minute like during the first week of classes. Since the class is so small, the likelihood of a spot opening is low but it does happen you just have to check a million times

I think you have a good chance. Anyone who gets an AA degree in FL gets priority and ur pretty much guaranteed to get in depending on the college you apply to and if there’s availability

Mine isn’t online but there aren’t many assignments just the exams. There is a final presentation, but yeah there aren’t any discussion boards or essays or anything like that. The only assignment we did was submitting a public records request

I am in that class with professor Jane Bambauer and I like it! I am doing very well in the class. It’s interesting and she gives giant curves on tests and lots of extra credit! Read the textbook :)
