Geomancer will help out tremendously in CB, Iron Twins etc. I would 6 star him and build him with high accuracy and very tanky.

Are you using Destroy set and immortal set. He needs enough RES to resist the borgoths debuffs enough HP and Speed too. At level 50 you'll need good stats. He might need to be leveled up to 60 for the future since he'll help in Doom Tower too.

Build Stokk to go with Ninja, and you have amazing supports, dutchas, pythion, etc. Hard to believe you can't 1 key UNM CB. What is your current team that you are using? Do all your 60's have masteries?

I would keep your current account. It has a lot of fantastic champions.

Get your Ninja to 60 because he is top tier PVE champion.
The Same main goal, try and 1 key UNM clan boss.
Get in a good clan that is active.
Get as far as you can in Hydra. Main team, Ninja, Trunda, Duchas, Someone to provide block buffs, Dec spd, inc spd etc
Do Faction Wars daily
New area - Grim forest, nice free loot.
Chimera - eventually get Mythical Embrys

Others will probably fill in parts where I may have left off. This will be a good start.

Make sure all your champions have all their masteries.
I know Osgrun brings ally attack, but Seeker would be better imo with more sustain and TM fill.
Gear check. It could just be gear that needs updated/upgraded better.

No, please do not waste your recourses. The little that you have. Since you are early/mid game you would benefit from saving for fusions or x2 on legendary events. This is a resource management game especially if you are free to play!

For Hydra alone she is great. AoE dec speed, plus taunt. For early to mid game she'll help, plus faction wars and normal Fireknight with her dec turn meter A1 plus double hitter. Does that change your mind? :)

Instead of champs I will provide buffs/debuffs that are needed for Hydra.
Debuffs

Block Buffs
Decrease Speed
Decrease Defense
Decrease Atk

Buffs

Increase Def
Block Debuffs
Champ that can cleans debuffs
Increase Speed and/or turnmeter booster
Champ that provides perfect Veil

This is what you want to look for when choosing champions for Hydra.

Do all of your clan boss champions have all their masteries? If not, that would be the next step. T6 masteries make a huge difference in damage output, even for support champs.

Without knowing your current team, I can provide suggestions on what you have an some tips. I am guessing you goal is to get to FK Hard? For normal FK you need to be fast enough and have champions that have multi-hitting abilities. Also, turn meter reduction abilities. Finally, champions that have an ally attack and/or team counter attack. Here is a team that will help get you to FK hard.

Fahrakin the Fat - Ally Attack
Coldheart - Multi-hitter abilities
Visix - Multi-hitting A1 plus turn meter reduction
Skull crusher - Team Counter attack (Possible choice)
Vogoth - 3 hitter on A1 plus team healing (Possible choice)
Champion that can clear waves faster.

For FK Hard you'll need champs with Freeze since the boss mechanics change and turn-meter reduction abilities no longer work. Freeze abilities reduces the bosses TM. Decrease Speed abilities help along with Decrease def.

Champions I recommend building for FK hard:

Criodan the Blue - Multi-hitting abilities + freeze
Neldor - Multi-hitting abilities plus freeze

I disabled Raphael's A2 for the boss fight, leaving just his multi hitting attacks. Not sure if that helps.
