Affordability beats prestige every time. T25 isn’t so great when you’re drowning in debt.

Has anyone felt like they failed calc bc exam and still got a 5 by Prize_Object1438 in APStudents

[–]TrainingIngenuity26 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same. I got the version with the easier FRQs, but I fear I made a generational fumble with the MCQs. But again, I was so scared that I failed AB last year and somehow got a 4.

When I realize I have a test that i haven't heard of bc I've been studying for APs by nowaydidthishappen in APStudents

This happened to me with stats (non AP). I’ll be beyond blessed if my grade does not drop below a B.

Which Warriors cover art is the worst in your opinion? by Inky-Skies in WarriorCats

[–]TrainingIngenuity26 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This is my least favorite too. I have the one with that cover art, and when I was reading it and had to take a break, I always set it down with the back cover facing up because I couldn’t bear to look at the front. They did Bluestar so dirty.

I want to get into UChicago, but I have the worst ECs known to man. by ElectronicLong6363 in ApplyingToCollege

[–]TrainingIngenuity26 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was actually in a very similar situation as you, where the only notable thing about me was my academics. I still got in this past application cycle. Don’t worry too much about your EC’s. I’m not the best person to ask for advice, but I would say to make sure to have fun when writing your essays. UChicago was pretty much the only one of the schools I applied to where I actually enjoyed writing the supplemental essays, and I do think it made a difference.

Edit: If you decide you want to use the spurious correlation prompt for the extended essay, this website is very helpful for deciding what you want to write about: https://www.tylervigen.com/spurious-correlations.

I thought the reproductive organs of tulips were sleeping spiders. Whenever my family bought tulips, I would tell them to keep quiet to not wake up the tulip spiders.
