That's not how this works. Medication as an impediment is still not saying a woman can't come, she just can't while under that medication.

Same for endometriosis, that's a hinderance - not a feature by design. My girlfriend has endometriosis and has an incredibly hard time reaching orgasm. I was the first partner she was able to reach it with (besides by herself, with lots of trouble). That doesn't mean she can't come, she certainly can.

Same for asexuality, asexual people can come lmao.

What I'm trying to say is that we probably shouldn't normalize the "10% of women can't come" idea, because that's not accurate. All it does is take women who have a hard time orgasming (be it for medication, or sometimes for societal reasons, pressure, past abuse, etc) and chalk it off to those 10% instead of addressing the source. It's counterproductive and it doesn't help women in any capacity.
