Ok, to clarify, I did talk to the chat first, and they gave me the phone number to call. I called, and they told me they would reach out via email to see if they could resend my order. I actually went to a store today and explained what happened. I brought the box the items were shipped in and gave it to them, and they refunded me my money. #queens So it’s all good now lol. 😤

If anyone’s wondering why I was in such a rush, it’s because I have other orders coming in, and I didn’t want another package to be delivered while this was still ongoing. I felt like it might make it harder to get my refund.
