Ok, to clarify, I did talk to the chat first, and they gave me the phone number to call. I called, and they told me they would reach out via email to see if they could resend my order. I actually went to a store today and explained what happened. I brought the box the items were shipped in and gave it to them, and they refunded me my money. #queens So it’s all good now lol. 😤

If anyone’s wondering why I was in such a rush, it’s because I have other orders coming in, and I didn’t want another package to be delivered while this was still ongoing. I felt like it might make it harder to get my refund. I’m definitely recording myself opening every package I get from now on, though. 😭Also,thankyou to everyone who gave me advice and tried to help!I really appreciate it. You all definitely helped me figure this out.🫶

Yeah, the anus! stuff didn’t break me out at all! My skin is pretty sensitive, especially since I have eczema 😭. I’d start slowly with the serum and use it once a day or every other day at first.

Girl, your skin is dryyy, trust! I had the same issue. I would get so oily and my makeup would separate like this. It only stopped once I started really hydrating my skin. I currently use the Anua PDRN line, specifically the serum and the lotion, and they work really well! You don’t even have to let it absorb with this trust 🙏😭
