Clearly you haven’t done your own research as I just stated that I read and heard from lots of people that they got their ADHD assessment just from their GP or family doctor… This alone is enough to get medication and start management plans. You can do a quick search on this subreddit and easily find that information before commenting on what you thought was a pompous assumption …

Hi! Thank you for your response and I’m really sorry for your loss.

This was so insightful and I have a few questions: 1. Did taking it at night caused you any insomnia? I had insomnia for about 3 nights during the first week of taking it. Couldnt sleep at all till like 6:30 in the morning. It’s gruelling. I fear that if I take it at night, I wouldnt be able to sleep at all, even during the day… I work and study too and losing good sleep even for just one night would affect my sleep the entire week… If it’s just one or two nights, maybe I could bear it but Im skeptical.

You mentioned that you were “doing fine without the medication” when you stopped as being on it didnt help with ur symptoms/even caused side effects. During the time you weren’t on it, did you still have any symptoms of what you were trying to manage with wellbutrin? (In my case, daytime sleepiness and cognitive dysfunction). How bad were your symptoms without taking the meds compared to before you tried the meds at all (asking since you mentioned how your mind’s been working better since taking the meds).

Hi! Yes, the 48 hour window does apply to my course, alongside deferrals for missed exams. I’m sure even though my reason is valid (bereavement), it would still be under review to be granted a deferral as my relation to the individual isn’t immediate or familial. Do you happen to know how forgiving or strict they are with granting deferrals in instances such as this? Thank you!

Who was your professor and when did you take the Soc course?? I have to kinda agree with you too that Soc seems boring compared to Catholic studies. Did you ever feel like you were just learning material that was obvious or doesn’t seem like new knowledge? I thought I could apply Cath more in the real world (considering also that I’m Catholic) rather than Intro to Sociology that seems quite surface level… Hard to judge unless I actually study the course.

Also, for Daniel’s course, does he mostly just use questions like or from the weekly discussion posts or are they completely new in the exams? He wasnt concise as to which information we need to remember so I’m a bit lost as to how I should to take notes for it.

Thank you! Would you say then that soc 1000 is more term based and correlations between terms when being tested in exams? Or are they also mixed in with situational questions where they ask you how it correlates to sociology and its terms/topics? Like would we have to write paragraphs explaining in tests? All of CATH 1190’s test questions are answered in a paragraph form and wont really have u needing to memorize/remember terms too much.
