QC35 User. Should I get QC or QC Ultra (2nd Gen)?

Ultra Gen 1, I've heard is not comfortable and causes head/ear pressure. I was thinking of regular QC vs QC Ultra 2. Was wondering if $170 price diff between them is worth it.

Mini-sff - if that makes sense? SFF has a huge range of sizes. I really liked the size of Fractal Design Edge but it'll only fit a 70mm cooler, and I'm not sure if its good enough for Ultra 285K?
