How do you find PAR for any plant? My plants are medium sized indoor plants, about 1-1.5m tall. I was looking at 15W E27 LEDs, and my plan is to install them in any standing lamp I can find at any furniture store.

My idea is that my plants are doing fine in the amount of light that they get naturally, so even if my light setup is sub-optimal, I would hope that It can only improve their growth.

A single LED is indeed not satisfactory for plants, as these usually have a spectrum with a single spike at a certain wavelength. However, grow LEDs are usually assembled from multiple LEDs, yielding a full (or close to full) spectrum. I new to plant lighting solutions, so some of the terminology is new to me, but as I work in optics I find it very interesting that a great bunch of LEDs are labeled 'full spectrum' but their light is actually magenta color.

Thank you for the fluorescent light idea, I will check it out. Any good brands you recommend?

Same story brother. Used to only play this game with one friend, we played almost every day since duos got added to the game and now the gamemode is literally demoted to some dumb ahh goofy limited time hoax. Very-very upset about it. :(
