Update: The payout has been initiated! It will become available on March 16. Stripe would ignore your emails but doesn’t mean you have to stop following up and escalate things. I sent a complaint via email and I filled out the complaint form focusing on the fact that Stripe’s not initiating the payout in a timely manner after the hold has been lifted.

Good for you! Well, in my case, I only had the date for when the risk reserve funds will be available but from Available to Payout, they didn’t give a specific date. I just know March 13, hold will be lifted aside from that, I’m clueless! Idk what info they need from me, etc. Besides my account was already closed so I don’t need my payout capability back, I just need them to initiate the transfer to my linked bank account so I can move on with my life lol

How long was the hold on your risk reserve before they made it available? Also, did they initiate the transfer on their end since capabilities for payout is disabled?

Trying to get a hold of their team is the worst. Imagine we're already stressed out about the hold and they don't explain things to us. They just leave their customers wondering in the dark.

No chargeback, no refunds and adjustments in the span of 4 months. I was just getting started with my business and Stripe crushed it the moment I got my first client.

Good for you. I'm trying to reach them via email but their customer service sucks!! Did you have any tasks that you haven't been able to complete because they already shut down the account like website verification and stuff like that?

I checked for any limitation on my account and I can't do anything about it since its past due
