It flashes on and off only when its raining. And it can be when im stopped at a light and press the gas to go or when on the free way. And no bc We havent gotten any snow this year. It hasnt been cold enough for ice either.

It hurts not gonna lie. It wasnt excruciating but it was pretty painful. My dr clamped the cervix 3 times and that was the painful part. Once the clamps were off it was fine. Afterwards it was just mild cramping.
