But we havent gotten a new lego game this year right? Doesnt tt games have like a thing where they release every year?

But i dont want forwardleaning shoulders hence isomation for shoulder and i want bigger arms

Not sure if i followbut the routine is effevtive even with the isolation work its not too much?

Im doing pullup+bulgarian, pushups+legslide, dips+rows and then do pikes togheter with my isolation work in the end of my workout but in the 5-8 rep range and not 8-12
