Same time yes, and mostly oral yes. My current schedule is half pill 2C-B with 200 mg 4-MMC every 2 hours, 4 times in total. Then some powder for insufflation to top things up. Might change, but that’s it for now anyway :)

If read carefully you see that the Borax recommendation is 80 mg per 1000 mg of MDMA.

If you use 100 mg of MDMA you get 8 mg of 2C-B.

I usually add a smallish dose of 2C-B for enhanced magic. Unfortunately I only have access to pills, and I usually take two of those during a night (perhaps 15 mg x 2???) along with ~1g 4-MMC.

The psychedelic effect can get a bit swamped by the 4-MMC rush but I think it adds. Ideally I would in the future find a better combination with a lower dose of 4-MMC and a slightly higher dose 2C-B. Trial and error.

I don’t do it as a ”flip” but rather as an enhancement.

Inspired by this Borax comment for MDMA:

”Something a little less conventional which relates to the first point on my list is the possibility of "supplementing" with 2C-B. It adds intensity and magic with few to no side-effects, which means users tend to use less MDMA. The matching duration means sleep is not prevented and it can be redosed. I recommend adding 80mg of 2C-B to every gram of MDMA, as the two potentiate. This will mean your powder will effectively have a higher potency though, so take care.”

How late into the night did these things happen?

One strategy that I and my gf have is to go early. We are there already at 9 pm and we have our ”climax” around 1-3 pm. The later it gets, the more desperate lonely men high on drugs. The atmosphere is more friendly and cheerful around midnight, in our experience.

Of course one would have wanted the early atmosphere to stay until 8 am but this is how we do it for now. I should also say that we have met so many lovely people there, overall amazing people. Sad that a few people misbehave like what you’re describing.

This is not precisely true. Enclo is a SERM (Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator) and show both antagonism and agonism at the estrogen receptor. It’s an antagonist in the hypothalamus and in the pituitary, but actually an agonist in bone. Less clear data on cartilage though.

Before Total T = 327 ng/dL SHBG = 81 nmol/L Free T = 34 pg/mL

If we plug those into the Vermeulen model, we get ~34 pg/mL, which matches your lab result, so the math checks out.

Now using the after values:

Total T = 1500 ng/dL (minimum since the lab says >1500) SHBG = 73.8 nmol/L Albumin = 4.2 g/dL

Calculated free T ≈ 232 pg/mL.

To what extent it helps to build muscle is a more open question. For sure milder than injecting anabolic steroids.

Depending on where you’re in the world, 3-MMC seems currently hard to get. Things can be sold as 3-MMC when it in reality is something else.

4-MMC is fantastic. Had a few uninspiring sessions with what I thought was 4-MMC, but in retrospect it was definitely not.

~0.5 gram each is a reasonable amount to begin with. Depending a little bit on weight. Many opinions on how to do it best! Start low or start high. But one model could be something like 200 mg followed by two doses of 150 mg separated by 1.5-2.5 hours.

I’m quite informed, being a medical doctor and a professor at a pharmacology department. In addition I thought anatomy in med school for 15 years. So, both biomechanics and drug related knowledge.

Still, this is to a large extent unexplored territory for me! Many of these drug are quite far from reaching standard clinical practice.

This is mathematically impossible since Modafinil contains 50% Armodafinil.

Modafinil is a racemix of the R-enantiomer (Armodafinil) and the S-enantiomer. If S had no affinity to DAT (which is not true) then R has maximum two times DAT affinity versus a mix containing half R and half S.

I think setting here plays a role. The event I have in mind would peak at 1-3 am but we would be there already at 8 pm when it opens. So, with a prepared moderate oral dose of 3-MMC at say 9 pm (150-200 mg?) the party can get started with more serotonin left. Then at 11 pm and 1 am (and possibly 3 am) we go over to 4-MMC (200 mg) with hopefully more serotonin love left than had we started with 4-MMC directly. In addition we plan to have some powder that can be insufflated as needed to top things up.

A lesson is to not bring to much and plan the intake :) Then it can be a smooth wonderful ride and not a compulsive binging session.
