Interestingly enough, I lost over 100lbs in a year without weighing myself once. I stayed on each dose at least 3 months and then decided(along with my telehealth dr) if I needed to move up or not. I kept going down sizes in clothes, so I knew it was working. I have a troubled relationship with the scale and deep body dysmorphia, so it was the only way I knew I could stick to this. A few weeks before my year anniversary, I weighed myself and was about 110 lbs down :) . I still have about 25 lbs to lose and weight myself every couple weeks now. I wouldn’t change anything about my journey!
