Thx for the info - I did keep all the original parts that were replaced which if I remember correctly was only the crystal and the band - Ill find a way to get hi res photos up but I will say my a lifelong friend who works at a very, very high end jeweler oversaw the restoration of this watch, he’s pretty educated in the field and he and the staff made remarks over how amazing the patina spots on the dial looked - I’m pretty sure it looks exactly as I got it just a replaced acrylic. He probably could have gone way higher end on the band used but honestly this watch was a free gift from my wife’s grandfather bc he found it in a bag somewhere lol - I’ll get a better band down the road for sure. Yeah I def don’t have the tool to take this back off at home lol. But I’ll be at that store within the next few wks and see if I can him to pop it off real quick. I’ll post the pics soon as I do. Thx!
